With reference to a positive HIV test and pregnancy the only advice we can
give you is this:
We have long argued there is no proof for the existence of HIV. Even if
there were such proof there are no data showing a positive antibody test is
evidence for infection. We have also argued against mother to child
transmission of HIV in our monograph.
We cannot be more specific than this and in the end people must decide
whether or not our arguments are persuasive. If they do believe they are
persuasive then there is no point in taking anti HIV drugs or terminating
pregnancy on the basis of a retroviral infection.
